Meet Our Board Members!
Racheal Wiegand- Founder/CEO
Racheal Wiegand has 13 years in education, including 12 as a preschool intervention specialist, and holds degrees from Ashland University with a specialization in Autism Spectrum Disorders from BGSU. Her vision for this program grew from her classroom experience, parenting, and community conversations. Racheal and her husband of 19 years have three children (17, 13, and 8) whose unique challenges inspire her work. She enjoys camping, biking, fitness, walking her dogs, and cheering on her kids.
Tess Gallion- Board President
Tess Gallion has built her career serving special populations as a social worker, field examiner, and now training supervisor for the Department of Veterans Affairs. Beyond her work, her heart is with children—her own and those in the community—where she’s seen the power of play and relationships. Tess lives with her husband, daughter Avery, their pets, and enjoys cooking, fostering kittens, the beach, and rearranging her home.
Rhonda Mueller- Treasurer
Rhonda Mueller is a business professional with over 20 years in the outdoor products industry, with experience in Warranty, Accounting, Sales Support, and Shopper Marketing. A longtime volunteer and president of the Midview High School Baseball Booster Club, she enjoys traveling, community involvement, and supporting local families. Inspired by Racheal’s vision, Rhonda is excited to bring her expertise to Together in Play.
Antoinette Goins- Secretary
Antoinette “Toni” Goins is a special education advocate, co-founder of LEAD, and Secretary of the Together in Play Board. A mother of four, she has spent seven years navigating her children’s specialized education needs, using that experience to support other families. Toni brings knowledge, passion, and fun to building a strong, supportive community.
Gina Greenawalt- Board Member
Gina is the co-founder of LEAD and the voice behind its Facebook page, as well as a founding member of Together in Play. A former social worker turned stay-at-home mom and special education advocate, she brings valuable experience in navigating resources and supporting families. As a wife and mother of two, one with significant needs, Gina is passionate about inclusion, accessibility, and building a strong caregiver community.
